1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of puppopunch.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it, operated by Puppo Punch ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order.
3. Product Information & Safety
Product images and descriptions are for illustration; minor variations in color, packaging, or design may occur and do not constitute a defect. Safety warning: this product contains small parts and requires batteries — it is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Children should use the product under adult supervision. Batteries must be installed and handled by an adult. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse, unsupervised use by young children, or failure to follow product instructions.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, your sole remedy is a refund of the amount paid. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order even after confirmation.
5. Prices & Payment
Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise and may change at any time without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, import duties, and customs fees in your country. Promotions and discount codes cannot be applied retroactively and may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Shipping & Risk
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
7. Returns & Guarantee
Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy. The only guarantee we provide is the 7-Day Defect Guarantee described there. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose), are disclaimed. This does not affect non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order or use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.
10. Intellectual Property
All Site content — including the Puppo Punch™ name, text, images, and videos — is our property or used under license and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Exclusive place of jurisdiction is the seat of Puppo Punch, Switzerland — subject to any mandatory consumer venue provisions of your country of residence.
12. Changes; Severability
We may update these Terms at any time; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

3. SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from dispatch, depending on destination. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed — delays caused by carriers, customs processing, peak season, weather, or other events outside our control are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking to activate.
Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order — email info@puppopunch.com immediately. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer; such orders are not eligible for refund or free replacement.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Orders refused at delivery or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refund.
Lost or Stuck Shipments
If your tracking has not updated for 30 days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and, where the shipment is confirmed lost in transit, offer a free replacement or refund. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled; we are not liable for loss or theft after confirmed delivery, but contact us and we will do our best to assist.
