Refund policy

7-Day Defect Guarantee

If your Puppo Punch arrives damaged, defective, or stops functioning within 7 days of delivery, contact us at info@puppopunch.com with your order number and a photo or video showing the issue. Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No return shipment required.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

  • You must request a Return Authorization (RA) by emailing info@puppopunch.com within 14 days of delivery. Returns sent without an approved RA will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Used, damaged, or incomplete items are not eligible for refund.
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense and must use a tracked service. We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
  • A 15% restocking fee is deducted from refunds on non-defective returns.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable

  • Items returned without prior authorization or outside the 14-day window
  • Items damaged through use, misuse, or improper handling
  • Free promotional items
  • Orders not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay applicable customs charges
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier's tracking system

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only, within 5–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item (or verification of a defect claim). We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — we resolve almost all issues within 1–2 business days. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may be contested with proof of delivery and this policy.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/UK where applicable.
